Hey there friend,

So glad that you are here. Thank you for thinking of me to help you in your journey.  I love being able to help assist people in living in their true selves by moving through the world in a way that is correct for them. We break old patterns, beliefs and molds that we have believed we had to doin order to have an amazing life in all areas.  From our habits, work, relationships and even how we digest food and life.

The journey that brought me here was a long twisty ride.  But ultimately was awesome!  From studying nutrition for many years, becoming a practitioner of emotional energy healing, to becoming so wildly obsessed with understanding people that I totally geeked out on learning all things about people and behaviour.  I love people!  I love to see YOU the individual.  I love to dig deep and see blocks that may be hindering your uniqueness on your path.  We are all so VERY individual.  We were born to move through life in a way that can be met with such a sense of ease, joy and success.  You, dear friend were born amazing. You have unique gifts.  You have an important role in God's plan.  You have all the tools inside of you to remember these things about you.  I am just here to help give you a little guidance on how to navigate the YOU map of yourself.

The way that I do this for you is I use all of my past experiences and education as well as a system called Human Design.  So if you choose to let me assist you on your path I will need some specific birth details down to the time of birth.  I want you to know this information up front as this can seem a little weird.  Just know that I'm not here to tell you who you are, but rather assist you in moving in a way that feels correct for you.  Human Design gives us a language for that. By the time you and I meet up together, I will have spent quite some time studying you before hand so that I can know a little bit how to help you in advance no matter what area of life you are needing support in.
